Terms and conditions specific to iCRYO services:

Before your first visit, we suggest that you arrive 15 minutes before your appointment to create your health profile. Bathrobes and slippers are mandatory for the duration of your visit to the iCRYO centre. Towels, bathrobes and slippers are available at reception. Lockers are available free of charge, locking mechanism is provided. Food is not allowed on site. Being a place of relaxation, we ask all our visitors to remain calm and discreet during their stay.

Terms and conditions specific to the purchase of gift cards:

You can still use the card for the amount and not the service description if you wish. All of our cards can be used for all products and services offered by iCRYO Canada.
