The treatment is done manually, using a massage technique. The session begins with 2 minutes of heat, followed by exposure to sub-zero temperatures for most of the treatment, and ends with another 2 minutes of heat. The goal of treatment is to lower the temperature of fat cells enough to reduce the amount of fat without damaging the surrounding tissue.
The first results are usually visible from the first slimming session and often very encouraging. However, it should be noted that the best results appear from 15 days to 3 weeks after the start of treatment and continue for several months after the end of treatment. In the case of toning, the best results should appear in 3-5 days.
The results of slimming last from several months to several years, depending on the person, their lifestyle and diet.
